Introduction

His upbringing was one of stark contrasts—his father instilled in him an iron discipline and shrewd business acumen, while his mother cultivated his sense of kindness and deep appreciation for his fellow citizens.With near-limitless resources at his disposal, Preston’s natural talents flourished. The curious young man explored artistic passions, immersed himself in diverse cultures, and mastered various martial arts. Nothing seemed beyond his reach, and excellence became his standard.It wasn’t until Preston entered the scholastic order that the pristine façade of his world began to crack. Under the shroud of night, he witnessed the corruption festering in the hearts of those he had once believed flawless. The injustice and cruelty he discovered plunged a dagger of despair deep into the young priest’s heart.That night changed him forever. The warmth in his eyes gave way to a calculating coldness. Where naivety once resided, resolve took root. Preston now sought knowledge, clarity, and power with singular purpose—to wage war against the darkness threatening his city.He made a solemn vow: nothing would stand in his way.

• Preston is on the Zalera server, on the Crystal data center.• Player and character are 18+ and require all RP partners to be at least this age. There is a potential for mature/darker themes that are not suitable for minors.• I have been writing/RPing for about 20 years roughly. My writing style is 3rd person past tense. I also write excessive amounts of paragraphs. I don’t expect you to match. I prefer to plot out a starting point before we RP.• IC =/= OOC.• My time zone is MST. I have a full-time job, other hobbies, and interests. I prefer discord RP but will do in-game If I have time. I live in a constant state of perpetual GPOSE while I create animations. I also like to do roulettes!• Most standard themes are acceptable. If you have a particular plot you want to explore, we can talk about it first.• I will not tolerate god-modding, attempting to force character death or dismemberment, any sexual/abuse content regarding children, OOC drama, or harassment.• Preston is a morally gray character with multiple goals within Ishgard.
